Make sure the Ice button is turned on, the unit has enough water, and the ice basket is properly installed. If the machine still doesn't produce ice after about 30 minutes, please contact the support team for assistance.
Why isn't the machine dispensing hot water?
Make sure the Heating function is turned on. The heating indicator will change from white to green when the water reaches the proper temperature. Please allow about 15 minutes before dispensing hot water.
Why isn't the machine dispensing water?
Make sure the unit is plugged in, powered on, and has enough water. To dispense hot water, press the Child Lock button first, then the Hot Water button. If the issue persists, please contact the support team.
