We carefully control moisture content and pressing conditions during production to ensure good flatness. Under normal storage and use conditions, the sheets remain stable and flat.

Is the surface smooth? Do I need to sand it?

Yes. Both sides are finely sanded to provide a smooth, even surface. Most laser, craft, and DIY projects can be used straight out of the box. For projects requiring ultra-fine finishes, light additional sanding can be done if desired.

Are the sheet dimensions accurate?

Each sheet is checked before packaging. Due to the nature of wood processing, minor dimensional tolerances (width and length typically ±1–2 mm, thickness typically ± 0.1 mm) may occur.

What type of glue is used? Is there a strong odor?

We use stable, industrial-grade adhesive designed for wood products. Under normal use, there is no strong or irritating odor. As with any wood processing, proper ventilation is recommended during cutting, sanding, or laser use.
